Privacy notice
The Climb collects the profile and business information you provide to manage your account and evaluate your applications.
What we collect
Your name, email, password (stored as a hash), phone number, country, optional background, and submitted business information. We also store account sessions, application status history and administrative activity records.
Who can access it
You can see your own profile and applications. Authorized program administrators can see submitted applications and applicant profiles. Administrators with export permission can download application information. Internal review notes are visible only to the program team.
How it is used
Your information supports evaluation and communication about your application. This website does not sell advertising or use third-party analytics. Account sessions use an essential cookie that expires after seven days.
Email verification and program messages
We use Plunk to send verification links and messages about the program. Your email address, name and message content are shared with this email provider for delivery. We store verification status, recipient groups and sending records. Program emails are addressed to you individually; other recipients cannot see your address.
Keep your details current
You can update your profile and edit draft applications in your dashboard. Submitted business information is retained for the review process.
This is the notice for the current application workflow. NADWA must publish its official privacy contact, retention periods and data-rights process before public launch.
